Executive Chef, Peter Finds, is passionate about food, health and the organic salad bar at The Ritz. It is the first lunchtime salad bar aiming for 100% organic ingredients from the veggies on the plate to the meats, cheeses and hot dishes on offer. The huge spread and variety showcases seasonal items such as multiple varieties of tomatoes for example. Be sure to try Peter’s signature salad dressing that is light and refreshing, leaving you energised after your meal.
You will find accommodating staff at The Ritz if you have special dietary requirements, as well. For example, if gluten is an issue, expect fresh gluten-free bread rolls brought to your table and a special soup option (if the one regularly offered contains gluten). The staff is well-versed in serrated kitchen work to ensure safe dining so you can enjoy the company at your table instead of worrying about the food, and every effort is made to ensure a positive experience.
The Organic Salad Bar is HK$228+10% per guest inclusive of the daily soup, hot dishes, dessert and an additional glass of fruity iced tea specially crafted by award-winning mixologist Lewis Tsang. Available from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm daily from Monday to Thursday, and between 12:00 noon and 1:45 pm on Friday.
