RECIPE FOR EVERYDAY CLEANING

1 cup vinegar

3 cups water

¼ teaspoon tea tree oil (approximately 10 drops)

Shake well

LIGHT ABRASIVE CLEANER

This is a versatile cleaner for any surface requiring a deeper cleanse. It is particularly effective for cleaning grout, removing and preventing mould, and washing away the pink bacteria that grows in showers. In your kitchen use it to scrub stovetops and stainless steel pots and pans.

RECIPE FOR A GENTLE POLISH

¾ cup baking soda

¼ cup castile soap

1 tablespoon water

10 drops tea tree oil or preferred essential oil

Mix in a glass or plastic bowl and lightly scrub onto the surface. For tough stains and hard to reach areas, leave for 3-4 hours before washing and rinsing.

GLASS CLEANER

It’s hard not to be overly excited about this excellent glass cleaner because it is guaranteed to make your windows, mirrors and glass tables spotless and streak-free.

RECIPE FOR STREAK-FREE SHINE

¼ cup white vinegar

1 tablespoon corn starch

2 cups warm water

¼ cup + 1 tablespoon rubbing alcohol

10 drops tea tree oil or preferred essential oil

Combine ingredients into a spray bottle and shake. Spray onto surface and rub with a cloth until dry.

TOILET BOWL CLEANER

Pay attention to the fizzing bubbles as this cleaner washes away grime.

RECIPE FOR A SPARKLING BOWL

½ cup baking soda

10 drops tea tree oil

¼ cup vinegar

Sprinkle the baking soda around the bowl and in the water. Add the tea tree drops into the toilet bowl. Pour the vinegar in slowly, let it fizz, and then scrub the toilet.

 TILE AND GROUT CLEANER

If you need a specific solution for residual mould or stained grout, here is your solution.

RECIPE FOR A DEEP CLEAN

Baking soda in a shaker jar

Spray bottle with hydrogen peroxide

Shake the baking powder on the surface to clean. Spray the area covered in baking soda with hydrogen peroxide until you see bubbles forming. Watch the bubbles lift stains and bacteria. Rinse with water or a damp cloth.
